I just recently replaced the intake manifold gaskets on my 2003 XB9R with 13K miles on it. That was probably a couple hundred miles too far past needing replaced though but I'd feared how laborous the task would be. When I found out it was so easy I thought I'd share. I provided a write up and some photos: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/32777/207693.html?1151182594 The manual talks about doing it one way and this way is much more simple. When I completed the gasket replacment I reset the TPS with the Diagnostic Scan-Tool Software from Technoresearch. |
