Hey everyone, are you alright? Sound off when you can. I am sure others would like to know! For your entertainment, I have posted a new joke over on Slayer's corner. Yes Snub, you can look too! |

Dragon, thanks for the thoughts - I'm well south of there as luck would have it. There was a truckload of property and crop damage but thankfully, as far as I know there were no fatalities.

Lucky you, there are some absolute brilliant roads down that way, and Uly will eat them up. Visited down that way for 4 years (still can' bring myself to say I lived in Victoria hee! hee!) had some great times and good memories. Vic cops are not kind to riders, so be careful and stay upright. Also remember you are in our thoughts so when you can give us a report that your ok and some piccy's that would be great. You guys have a safe and happy Easter, I am taking time off, so intend to get some riding in now the weather has cooled down. Take Care |

Talking of Vic police, my girlfriend and I were heading onto a freeway 2 weeks ago and passed a police car (stationary) on the on-ramp, they must have been putting the speed gun on those going past on the freeway (sneaky "add own expletive"). A couple of miles on and they caught me, their lights and siren on. My GF was going on "how could you speed, you saw them", I had no idea what I'd done wrong. I walked back to the cop car as I was taking my helmet off and was surprised to see a small police woman smiling at me, she got out of the car and said "I f*cked up", I said "beg you pardon", she said "I f*cked up", I looked at her as she walked past and tapped my Queensland number plate and she repeated "I f*cked up, I thought these were Victorian plates, the computer said the number didn't exist"! She walked of with a smile at me and "have a great day"! |
