Daves, Now your talkin. I really like the looks of that shield. Slipstreamer sells hardware that would strengthen up that windshield to perfection. I put the Slipstreamer Hellfire on my wife's Yamaha 600 Radian and it looks good and really makes her bike rideable at all speeds. Anyway, that windshield you have on in the above photos looks great. http://www.slipstreamer.com/Product/Hardware/hardware.html |

Daves, What does the bottom picture show. Also, is there a chance you could bolt that one and get a side shot so we can see the lines. This about does it. I'm sold. Paul |

Daves, I'll wait to hear how it works on the road. Also I thought that Buell was going to come out with a taller windshield?? I'd be willing to pay more for an adjustable windshield, maybe like the one they have on those BMW adventure bikes. They are well braced and they allow the angle of the windscreen to be manually adjusted. |

I just called Cee Bailey. They said they were not going to make the combo windshield in orange on the bottom, only black. They said they did not think they could match the color. |

That looks like a huge improvement over their original design that I bought. Mine is much narrower, the width of an ironing board, and does not match the lines of the bike well. The question is will it hold on at speed or will the self-releasing pins turn it into a flying, decapitating frisbee of death? |

It doesn't have the pins, it bolts directly to the bike. It replaces both the colored lower and upper windscreens. |

Daves, That is the size of windshield it should have come with. I want to hear how it performs. |

The windshield comes in a HUGE box I'm thinking the seat and windshield would be about 50.00-70.00 postage? If it wasn't WINTER out I'd go take it for a ride so I could report how it works. There is so much salt on the roads up here even if it was warm I wouldn't take a bike out. |

Dave S, Welcome back to WI & Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays or, as we used to say when we lived in Africa, "Complements of the Season." To answer your question, the bike is fine "to look at." Been snowin' since it came home. Now, a clarification on the CeeBailey's #II Touring windshield. What is the height of the unit you have (the black & clear) from Top to BOTTOM? Is it 16" or 16 + the size of the original orange/black deflector or some other size? The C-B's site is confusing. Thanks in Advance, John Becker |

I think the stock screen works pretty well, but I would like to get the windblast up just a tiny bit. Right now, it's hitting me right below my chest. If I could get it up just a bit higher, that would take a great deal of blast off me and still keep my head in clean air. Does anyone know if the Cee Bailey's +2 has any problems with the stock mounting system? |

Dave, That windshield looks so much better in your pictures than it does on the Cee Bailey sight. Any chance you could roll it out into the sunlight to get a better picture of it. I heard that you get about one hour on sunlight in Wisconsin this time of year. |
