Does anyone have an M2 service manual handy? I need to know the recommended piston/cylinder clearance. I have to go .010 over on my M2. I have the cylinders and pistons with me to drop off but forgot to look up the clearance specs.. Thanks much! Brad |

I think stock bore is 3.495, but I don't have my book in front of me. |

I think i know what you are looking for: call the manufacturer of the piston or the shop that is boring the cylinder ( they should know...if they don't run away ) ..... different pistons have different specs.....if you have a OEM .010 over piston and you are assembling an engine AND you don't have shop manual... shame on you} (Message edited by signguyxb12 on July 22, 2005) (Message edited by signguyxb12 on July 22, 2005) |

Pammy, You rock! I missed the drop off deadline today. I'll have to wait until Monday. It's a stock TS piston this time around.. Michael, I have shop and parts manual for all 3 of my Buells. |
