The things you find on EBay. My emotions have gone from horror to laughter. Is this what happens when a Buell and a Schwinn mate??? Here is the ad. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4560376988&category=35560

Only way it could be worse is if the owner colored the white letters yellow |

Nah it be worse if it was a bike of value and you went to the automotive store and picked up a can of barney purple paint and spray bombed it.A pity wouldn't you say. |

Gawd that is the spitting image of a local Phoenix orange monstrosity that was in the Cycletrader a while back. Damn...where is that pic... |

replace the ape hangers with clip-ons, get rid of the fork bag, stick the headlight back where its supposed to be, put a little more effort into the oil tank, and shave the mounting brackets from the underside of the swingarm and it might look ok and the seat looks like it needs to move back about 3 inches. |

Look in the storm front section under the "C-3" section. 1313 posted a picture of that bike when it was at the Smokeout in Salisbury. |

A white wicker basket with a chihuahua sticking out of it would be best. And a thumb operated ringer horn! |

Actually I can see a lot of potential in the basic shape the apes and single seat give it. Would you all be so critical if it wasn't such a hash job because I think it's got loads of potential. Then again maybe the madness of Rocket is worsening! Rocket |

Hate to say this but with a short set of flat bars and if it was cleaned up I can kind of see the beauty within!!!!! |

I like it. But the seat & handlebars would have to go. I Like the stripped down look. Its A lot better looking than buells with neon and other useless crap bolted on them. S1Eric |

No thought here, but who's the 10 idiots bidding on the "war relic"... Silly. |

There is a big market for cutlery, a big market. Bladed items command much con$ideration. I don't collect nor make them, but do know some who do. Provenience on a blade can oftimes add premiums. |

The "war relic" part may be silly, but Randall knives are highly thought of in the knife world. Made since about the '50s, if I recall correctly, the founder, Bo Randall, died a few years back. The knives are still produced by the family owned company in Florida. Last I heard, the waiting list for a new Randall was about 3 years. So, yeah, there will be a market for a used Randall, "war relic" or no. Though I can't imagine what you'd do with a 7" bladed knife, 'cept pretend you're a macho knife fighter, I suppose. Im glad that I'm not the only one who saw some potential with this bike... like I said before... change up a few things and put a little more effort into it and it could look like a tough little bike. |

What the hell was he thinking??? I love my chopped shovel, and I love my XB9S.... but I wouldn't want them to mate. That has to be one of the worst abortions that I have EVER seen. I say that we go with the idea of getting together and buying it. Then make it into a tuffass lil 'fighter!!! Dang that was rancid! |
