Glitch

When I started playing with computers back in the early 80's, I broke things. There was this guy that taught me "Knowledge is useless if not shared." He helped me out of many binds I had gotten myself into. Once while at his house, he introduced me to a friend of his as "Dave the Glitch Beast". It stuck, got shortened to Glitch. So it's not just a handle, it's what some people call me. You can call the house and ask for Glitch, and it's quickly translated to "Dad! telephone!" |

aaomy,,, the double a comes from aaron or aaron allen, my middle name. omy, that started in grade school. i used to lend people money for snacks and just kept recirculating it. i was always saying you owe me money. their were other aarons in the class so i became omy "owe-me". even the teachers called me it. most screen names need 4 or 5 so it became aaomy.. |

Been using Eurotwins for a couple years starting with the Laverda forum. Until my Buell, all my bikes are european twins and one triple. BMW R1100S,Ducati 748R,Triumph Bonneville and Daytona. Got rid of a Moto Guzzi and Laverda when I bought the Buell and Daytona. Kept the name and password on all forums as in my old age it's easier to remember....John |

Ned Wreck has been my name since the early 80's. Sort of a stage name, really. I roadied for local band, The Workin' Muthas. They wanted to list me on their album so I told them to use Ned Wreck. I've been Ned ever since. Bob |

Well in 1986 there was this blockbuster of a movie "Howard The Duck". It was released just before I started football in college. I didn't like it when I was in college but after landing in construction shortly after school Duck wasn't so bad considering one of the other new hires got the name "Puddin'", he REALLY didn't like that. It was his own fault for bringing pudding for lunch every day. What you don't remember the movie? How could you miss a 4 foot tall guitar playing, chick slayin' duck from outerspace. |

Whistle-Turbos whistle when they start boostin. I like turbos. I like boostin. (2005 F250 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel-now that's a big turbo!) Had a Dodge Ram with the Cummins before that. OK OK OK so it doesn't have anything to do with bikes but it's easy to remember. hmm...turbo City Cross? |

The name is Brett, but it always comes out Bert. Doesn't matter which job I have in the last 20 years. My current job, on the second day there a manager walks by and says "Hows it going Bertman?" The more common sayings are along the line of "Way to go Bert." It just sticks like old underwear. |
