Tuesday at the Bulldog sounds good, hopefully the weather stays dry. Sorry but I can't make 1st Thurs this week. The gopher hockey team is in the NCAA Final Four and their semi-final game is 6pm on Thursday. I'll try to make it next month. Nils, did you sell off all the girl buell shirts already? I stopped by on Saturday to get a tight little Buell shirt for my wife but there weren't any. I seem to remember some red ones with a simple Buell logo there a few months ago. So now I gotta go on eBay huh? |

Those crazy Buell riders in europe bought them up. I am going to get the Guzzi out tonight. I have not picked out my Demo yet. So I am Buelless until we put the race kit on the City Cross. |

Damn Europeans! I can't wait to see the Guzzi. They probably checked with you already...but I bought a turn signal lens over the phone today and told them to give it to you for special delivery. Let me know how much that's gonna cost me Thanks!!! |

Went to the Brag meeting last night. It was good to meet some other Buell addicts. Anytime folks want to head out my way for a ride PM me. Speaking of which I've saw a couple tubers out on 35 last weekend anyone want to confess? |

If I get my critter back into one piece I'm going. I'm replacing the starter gasket which has turned into a few other gaskets and testing of the suddenly non functional neutral switch. I'll have the Lightning with the silver and green paint job. |

I totally spaced out on the Brag meeting! I was checking the weather forecast yesterday and thinking that Thursday looks nice. For some reason I had Thursday in my head instead of Tuesday. Anyway, I'm planning on going to First Thursday. The weather looks nice! I just got a call from St. Paul HD/Buell. My parts are in for the XB rocker cover swap! I'll probably pick them up tomorrow over lunch. I went ahead and put the front rocker box back on on Saturday so I could ride it! I'll just wait until the weekend to put the XB covers on. |

Scott, good to meet you! I was with a friend tonight who has 2 bikes for sale because he's moving to California, they're not SV's but you may be interested. One is a ~1995 Yamaha Seca II 600. The other is a RZ 350 two stroke, I think 1994. The seca is $1000 and will be at first thursday (look for the blue one, has a tank bra). The RZ is a little more of a collector bike, kind of a fun toy but maybe not what you're looking for. |

@$%*&@#&&#!! The Primary tensioners busted too. On the plus side they're cheap and I have everything else fixed so it should be a live motorcycle again. Eric I'm not certain what Sean wants to do for a bike yet, he keeps mumbling about an XB. Our house has enough vehicles right now although the RZ is really tempting. That would be a great alphabet/track day bike. Ring ding ding ding. |

Lou, just saw this on eBay. It's local so probably not a scam. You could probably go there and buy it w/o eBay fees after the auction ends and doesn't meet the reserve price. Super low miles on an '03 9R. I'll test ride it for ya Item #4542152947 |

I think that was bought here. The truck and trailer has been here many times. Go for it Lou. |

Nils, sorry for slowing down traffic today, I was trying to not outrun the CityX that's still in break-in. Was that your new bike in the truck? Thanks for the banner guys, it fits nicely in the garage by the harley poster I have.

Nils, you've got to stop breaking your free bikes! Next time, let me break it in for you. By the way, it looks like that '9R sold. I'll keep looking, though. I hope to have one by May 3rd. |

Lou, I think St. Croix/River Falls Harley has a couple used XB9S's and a XB12S. I also hear they have a lot more bikes than usual so they may be willing to deal. Ask for Del. |

Ooohh, that auction ended early, I wonder if someone bought it locally to avoid eBay fees or what. Looks like some rich person with too many toys, notice how there's a covered sports car in the background of one of the pictures. That thing was bone stock, probably would have been a great bike. I'll keep my eye out for any used 9R's. |

Can I ask you guys on an unrelated issue? Thinking about moving to St. Paul area from Washington. Three things I think of when it comes to Minnesota. 1. State Taxes. 2. More State Taxes. 3. Political beliefs (The Left kind). Thoughts? |

Lots of taxes... to pay for road construction and more road construction, oh and education too. Yes we're officially a blue state, but you'll also find lots of red people here. I have a friend from Idaho here who is relieved to not be around all the tree huggers of the pacific northwest, though there are a lot of environmentalists around here too. Plus St. Paul is close to Wisconsin where all the good roads are. It's a great state, great seasons (not all of which are good for riding ) come one over. |

The state is more red than most think. Just tough to win the inner city stuff and the iron range. That's most of the votes... or so it seems. Lots of NPR folks none the less. |

Don't forget to come to STPHD and test ride the City X, so that you can get your Buell Sling Bag. Bring friends along. It starts tomorrow the 15th. Nils |

Brad, the SX still isn't ready. I showed up to ride, but couldn't. They gave me a bag anyway. I'm pretending it's because they like me and respect my passion for Buells, and not to get rid of me before I start pestering them. By the way, my Doc ok'd me to work and ride, so I might be back at SPHD/Buell soon. |

Stryker, both the education and healthcare systems are among the best in the nation. If you do choose to move here, let us know. I, for one, would be happy to help in any way I can. |

Nils, three of us are coming over tomorrow after work for our "test ride". Are you working tomorrow, and how late. We'll try to be there by 5:30 but with traffic it might be more like 6. Otherwise who do we talk to for quick slingbag service? |

If any of you are out riding around tonight, stop in at Lee's Liquor Lounge downtown Mpls. There are 2 really good bands playing, Minneapolis' own Lazy Ike and the Daredevils and from down south Wayne the Train Hancock. Nils |
