Does anyone know where I can get bearing spacer for the 3 bearing back wheel? St Pauls sells them but only with an axle that I don't need. Thanks. |

Twin Motorcycles in the Netherlands lists them: https://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/webshop/artikel.asp ?mc=1&aid=63225&cid=0&s=Axle&a= The text says this is the same as an EBR part for the front wheel, maybe for the 1190RS because my SX does not have one. You might be able to find that on eBay or from the current Buell company. |

Thanks. I just went ahead and bought it from St Pauls. I'd like to take the new one and get a few more made. Do you know what type of place would do that? I'm guessing some kind of machine shop. I have no experience working with one. I'm near Lexington KY if anyone knows of a place. |

Yea, I would think any small machine shop could make them. Not sure what the black coating is (hard anodizing?) or where you could get that done, but that might not be a big deal either.. |

The original was aluminum, I'm assuming 6061T6. Personally I'd make it out of 304 or 316 stainless. It might be heavy but it won't corrode and unless it's a race bike who cares! Easy lathe job. See if there's any vocational schools in your area. Good job for a student. You might have to bring your own stainless though. |

might have a few made, probably the same price as just 1, then some may purchase and cover your cost |

@Hugh - you sure your SX does not have a front wheel bearing spacer? |

- you sure your SX does not have a front wheel bearing spacer? I do not remember seeing one when I changed the tire last (?) year, but maybe it just stayed in place. |

I was thinking of the internal spacer, my bad. Don't have enough time to read (and digest) everything anymore... |
