Amazon Fire/ECMdroid tells me that the active muffler control is stuck. It moves, but it squeaks, and the nut adjuster doesn't change anything no matter how much I adjust it. Anyone had this problem? I'm wondering if it needs lube, if a foreign object could be blocking, or if it needs replacement. Don't want to remove the muffler unless I have to. |

Read your service manual for that cable adjustment. Never hand force your interactive exhaust motor on top of your air box.lube the cable. I would remove cable from the valve and manually move it to make sure its freed up. A good product called mouse milk oil used in aviation turbocharger waste gates is perfect for lubricating the exhaust valve if you think it needs it. |

I lubed the valve, and it is working ok. I think the problem is the servo actuator. Anybody have a good used one you no longer need? |
