For those that ride a lot at night like I do I am always looking for better lighting, previously I was running a Hella H4 halogen and when I put it on the bike it was a major improvement over the original and I was happy for several years but as I get older I noticed the halogen started to remind me of the original so I started looking into the new LED head lamps. I studied several and decided on and ordered a JW Speaker 8900 evolution head lamp, tonight installed it and rode home from the shop to say there was a dramatic improvement is an understatement, on high beam it is like daylight with a broad wide beam that shows for several hundred yards, on low beam there is a lower broad beam that shines in the ditches well and does not cause other drivers to hit the brights so I am super impressed with this light. Having said this it is not a cheap light at $200.00 but I see people all the time spend more than this for something that does less, just my 2 cents worth |

JW makes good lights. I'm still quite happy with my Hella E-code H4 conversion lamp, with ddmtuning HID bulb - 55w, 4300K. And it still looks like the OEM light, keeping with the classic look. |
