Hey BWB, saving for a home, so the S3 needs a new owner. Located in Colorado Springs, CO. It's 1997 Buell S3T that's been built up (or torn down?) to resemble a scrambler or brat style bike. - 20,369 miles - Freshly painted Blue Ribbon Pearl (3 stage Toyota color code 8T5) - SuperTrapp exhaust - Full service and tune up - Newer battery with battery tender - Brand new dual sport (80/20) tires front and rear - New fork seals - Clubman bars - Dual headlights - New front brake pads (back brake pads could stand to be replaced) - CNC aluminum clutch and brake levers - New speedo cable - Newer drive belt in great shape - New JP Cycles ignition and keys (so mismatched keys for ignition and fuel tank lock, but I do have sets of 2 for both). Bike starts up every time, has the newest rear shock design and rides great. New brat style seat that utilizes the stock seat mounting bracket and release (so it still comes off easily for checking the oil), mostly a M2 styled front end (gauge housing, flyscreen, headlights), freshly rewrapped exhaust, fresh oil change and filter, transmission fluid, spark plugs, fuel filter, tire valves, etc (over $1,500 in receipts for recent maintenance and other parts). The clubman bars are comfortable to me, but if you're shorter than 6' or so; you'd probably want to put different bars on her (I have some extra black ~2" rise ones you can have). I also have all the original S3T parts, including front and rear fairing, hard bags, handlebars, headlight/taillight, etc) and they can be included with the sale if you want them. Clean Colorado title in hand. Asking $2,900 for the BWB family Jake Cell: 719.761.7664

I'm interested in the parts that you took off if you want to sell them separately. Specifically, I'm looking for a rear fender. Also maybe the fairing lowers. Let me know. |

Just a guess but I think if you returned it to stock it would sell much easier and for the price you want for it. "Customizing" rarely increases the value of a Buell IMHO. Good luck with the sale. S3T's are a special bike. |

my question is do you still have the saddlebags. mine are missing the hardware that locks them on the frame. |
