$900. Rode it home! sold tubeless wheels and floorboards with some of the chrome trim to pay my cost.. I sell the rest to keep me in Buell tires and gas money!

You did steal that bike! It's a shame you're parting it out; it's a pretty neat ride in its own way. If it were mine, I'd find some cast wheels, get rid of the footboards and excess chrome, put a set of Hepco & Becker Junior bags on it and use it to see how things are going on the Coast. |

it is a shame to part it out...but i dont blame you a bit. Who would ride that when they have a Uly? also...I'm sure the parts are worth a small fortune...Gas money and a bag of chipps. Congrats |

older guy is a friend, he could not find anyone to buy it so lowered the price to me.. I tried to get some interest but there was more interest in the parts, they should bring in enough to pay my Uly insurance get new tires and gas money. He still has a Sportster and KLR which I will get a good deal on too if I want it. who would ride a KLR if they had a Uly? } |

Pretty cool, but rather than part the rest out, consider that you have just enough left of that Guzzi for an even cooler project bike. ADV bike? Cafe racer? Bobber? The possibilities are endless.

I would own a KLR and a Uly. How good a deal, and where is it located? |

BTDT, I squeezed a square fin in the smaller frame, upgraded brakes and used a Convert running gear, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION!

That would be a great deal for a running KLR. I would be interested if you aren't, but give me a few months notice so I can start skimming money out of the family petty cash budget first. I'd like to do a MI UP dual sport trip. I don't think I would keep the KLR for more than a year or two, but I would like to have one for a while to scratch a dual sport itch. |

Oh, and I have a buddy looking for a cheap / interesting guzzi, and he is very mechanically skilled (he rebuilds older Porsche's). Let me know if you come across anything interesting and I can shoot him a note. |
