Nice. I like the bigger swingarm. How many different parts do you need to make that swingarm happen?? |

Don't forget the shock and front mount. Here's my poor old bike with the bubblicious paint job in all of it's uncleaned glory. I will have that rectified by the riding season but right now it's bills, bills, bills. I also need to buy a new K&N to replace the smooshed one, get some caps for the cylinder stud bolts and I'm not 100% sure but the trans sprocket seal might be leaking. The gas tank drained into the engine/trans and it made a hell of a mess when I fired it up last year. I'm not sure, perhaps I didn't get everything totally cleaned up and it's just old residue. If not, new seal time. All of last year was spent getting the S2 and X1W set up to my liking. 2014 will be the year the S1 gets a little attention. It's been a great bike, it feels like riding a big bicycle. I've put around 15,000 miles on it since I bought it and hope to do another 5,000 this upcoming year.

S1owner that's where it came from. Did a search and found it. Bought site unseen in person. Quite a few detailed pics and vids later we agreed on a deal. The bike was being brokered for someone at a classic car and bike business. Lucked out cause it cleaned up really nice. No leaks etc. Re doing suspension and going to go over the engine as well. Rode it a few times and the motor is really strong. |
