So after my little spill I was in need of a headlight. I was able to find replacement lenses and gaskets but they wanted a horrible amount for them. I found used whole assemblies but they too were more than I wanted to spend. I decided to come up with a lower cost solution. Step 1: Standard Harley 7" headlight. http://www.ebay.com/itm/321148591925?ssPageName=ST RK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 Step 2: 6" stove pipe collar. Step 3: Sheet metal shears. Step 4: Chunks of rubber. Step 5: Saved money. |

Thanks, I'm just glad I didn't have to go hungry for the next 3 weeks to get a light working to save money getting to work... hmm there is probably a song there, most likely a country song. |
