We're not sure if it will be up on our site on an ongoing basis or not but if it does it will be around $90 shipped in the states. If there's enough interest, we may consider a group buy. What do you think? Some info: - Compared to R1 / R6 tube mod ( for XB ) the rotation is more - No modification to housing required. There is only so much room inside. This is max rotation without modifying We can get to $60 shipped in the states for a group buy but we'd need 20 orders. I'll take one myself so we'd need 19 more. I'll have to look at my setup, but it's either the 025 or 050 that requires some dremel work on the throttle assembly to work smoothly, and I think even the 050 at least requires you to run the screws on the loose side or it can bind. Otherwise, it will drag a little bit once assembled. Either way, both are a slightly faster (less) turn throttle than stock. I use these kits and like them alot. Also, it's a *faster* (less) rotation that uses a larger cam. A smaller cam requires more rotation, and should fit in the assembly just fine. These are made in the United States (or, are at least sourced from a US company), so I'm a little curious why you would go to the trouble to re-import them. |

I fully understand that a larger cam creates less rotation (faster as you called it). That's the whole idea of it. This tube gives you more rotation than the Yamaha tubes but less than OEM. maybe that wasn't crystal clear in my previous post? We're just trying to get you guys a deal on these regardless on where they are sourced. We are a dealer for Twin Motorcycles so that business relationship is established...we have no dealings with the supplier directly. |

If you want max rotation, you use the smallest cam, and there will be no modification required for even ridiculous throttle set-ups, like nearly half-turn (if you can find a cam that small). If you want minimum rotation, you use a large cam, and that's where you run into binding and other issues. Honestly, even the 050 cam (pictured) will probably require some modest work for just about everyone, and depends on a gentle touch on those housing assembly screws. The 025 cam definity requires some dremel time, but it's seriously faster than stock and highly recommended, IMHO. |

Ya know...now that I'm looking at that quote closer, I agree with you. That was taken directly from an email from TM. I think he meant either min rotation or max diameter based on the context. Sorry about that. |

You could get a similar product - G2 Tamer for 1125, which is identical to R6 throttle. Been using for a while on 1125. |
