I went to Laguna Seca this year and last year. Let me say I was so proud to see Erik have the full set up this year. The Hero sponsorship has done a lot. The EBR trailer was packed, it was great to see all of these non Buell people taking an interest in EBR. I overheard Erik talk about the awesome support they have received from everyone for a team that is building/racing an American sportbike. And they finished 4th and 6th, great placing. I didn't even have to watch the race, I could hear the EBR bikes railing around the corners. They sound so good! |

I wish I had time to make it into the Paddock this year! I was so busy working at the track that I did not get a chance. Glad you enjoyed Laguna! come back! |

Had a lot of fun hanging with the Buellers at the LoveShack all weekend. Watching the various races live was exciting as was visiting the EBR pit and seeing their awesome setup. Saw Danny Eslick talking to some fellow racers, walked up and shook his hand, wishing him well in the race. Got Goeff's pic at the EBRacewear booth. Good times! Rode home on Sunday, no problems - thanks for those 5 Hour Energy drinks! Alas, that's when I discovered that apparently the power went out and the VCR didn't record any races. The Laguna Seca MotoGP race got rebroadcast on SPEED Tuesday but there's nothing scheduled for AMA DSB and SBK until Indy. Bummer, crap, poop! So, did anybody record the DSB & SBK and would be willing to burn a copy to mail to me? I'd be happy to supply a VCR tape or DVD with a modest compensation in a prepaid mailer. PM if U can help, thx. |
