For the Uly XB12X and XB12XT there are several plastic fasteners that I could not located in my parts manual. The clips are black Nylon plastic, snap into 1/4" diameter holes, hold tube/wire/hose with external diameter of 1/2". Size: overall height 1-1/16", above panel height 5/8".

The retainer, wire harness routing clips from Auveco Products ( http://www.auveco.com/) came in. The one on the left is the new one, the one on the right is the HD/Buell version (70345-84), which can be found in the Buell heated handgrip kit. Almost identical:
