With Scala coming out with the G9 soon, the price has been cut on the G4 at many places. I recently ordered a power set from a reputable retailer for $310. I received them last night, but didn't have a chance to play with them. I still didn't have much time tonight, as it has actually been a pretty awful day, but I did get one installed in my Shoei RF-1000. That turned out to be a little bit of a challenge to get things like I wanted, and I am really not totally satisfied with what I ended up doing, but it works great. I got it paired to my iPhone and was able to use voice commands to start and stop music and make a phone call. The quality from the tiny speakers was better than I expected, although I haven't experienced them out on the road yet. I am really looking forward to using them on the bike soon. If anyone is on the fence about a product like this, I say now is a great time to buy and the product seems great so far. |

I used extra peace of velcro to make the speakers closer to my ears also a 1/2" can make a big difference like up or down good luck. |

Dennis, I got to try that in my Arai Signet Q. Good idea. I have the Sena stuff, but I am sure it mounts the same way. The sena has enough volume, but lacks base I was hoping for because of the distance of speaker from ear. But I am sure they will never sound as good as my in ear monitors, but I can't hear traffic when wearing them. |
