Ok, we all know the stock turn signals go to crap in a hurry, but this baffling to me. I took my stock turn signals off within a couple days of owning the bike. My CR is for sale, so I'm taking the nice Rizoma signals off and putting the stockers on. One just kind of faintly flickers and the other doesn't work at all. Do these things go bad just sitting in a box? I don't get it. |

Well if you had the old versions they might I guess. I had the new ones put on a couple of years ago and never had any issues so far. |

And are they plugged in the right way? I forget if there are male/female connectors that force you to plug them in the right way, but LED's only work one way. Light bulbs, you can plug in backwards...but not LEDs. |

Very early 2009 - I know there were still turn signal issues going on after I bought mine. They are male/female, so they were in correctly. It felt like they were making good contact but I'll try once more before I give up. For $20 or whatever I can get them for a set of cheapies won't break the bank. I'm trying to sell the bike so I just need something to use and that works in the meantime. |
