After my "spark plug braking off in the rear cylinder" issue earlier this summer, I have finally reassembled the Uly. And it runs. Well it starts and idles fine but...it dies when giving it any throttle. With the airbox cover is removed,(and you can look at the throttle plate) it revs up just fine. While still running and setting the airbox cover back over the air filter and then giving it throttle, it dies. Ideas? TPS? WTF? Thanks! |

Pinching a wire? TPS setting, etc would not be affected by the cover being on or off. Have you tried riding with the cover off? What if the filter is out, but the cover is on? Maybe the filter is coated with something and not allowing airflow. |

Figured it out, or at least something out. I revisited all of the connections at and around the throttle body. There must have been something not correct because that appears to have solved it. Runs great and despite my finest efforts it is not leaking oil. Thanks! |
