Ok, so, I don't want to go back to Harley for another battery and I want to know what type (brand and what-not) you all choose to purchase for your R/CRs. My batter only lasted about 6 months on my 08R this time. The first one lasted for 11,000 miles. Thanks, Paul. |

You need something like that: http://www.amazon.com/UPG-UTX14L-Adventure-Sealed- Battery/dp/B001ZTBTJ6 Note the L for reversed polarity. After some fiddling, I mounted one on a friends bike. For a perfect fit, buy OEM battery. |

Thanks for all of the great info. I just purchased the bat that Yugi suggested. I will definitely keep Napa in mind for the next time I am in need. Thanks again, Paul |
