Mark, I just scheduled my Whitewater Rafting trip for the same weekend, sorry bud. I will be in West virginia but not for the Rally. Maybe we can swing by!
I have some a Jeep I am parting out, need anything? It just got too expensive for me, that and all the bikes ready to ride just made it hard to work on the heep for hours an end.
Thanks for the Jeep parts offer.... but I wont know what I will need until it breaks or falls off... I have it almost to the point that I would call finished.
I hope we have a pretty good turn out this year. I test ate some tater salad and pulled pork last weekend.... its still as good as ever. I also stopped by the campground and reserved the hill again. If anyone shows up early just see Joannat the Cokely Campgound and she will hook you up. I'm having a pretty good year at work so the campground will be on me this year.... I will still pass the hat/set out the bucket at Dad's place to raise some $$ for Erik Buell Racing We sent $1000 bucks last year and I'm sure it went to good use....
I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone. I am missing Homecoming this year and don't know if I'll be able to make Buelltoberfest so this might be it for me this year...
mark, i'm getting pumped for the rally! almost got the bike ready... been doin some crazy mods too the beast. i put on an h.i.d. headlight, one inch drop foot pegs, and the mother of them all... exhaust tips!!! woo hoo!!
seriously, i'm ready to get the heck out of this state
Can anybody post some pictures of last years ride . I think would like to try and make it out there . I live in Indianapolis doesn't seem like it would be to far away. The following weekend I'll be going to moto gp lots going on that weekend . Thanks
Thanks for posting the pictures looks like you guys had a lot of fun . I think me and the wife are going to make it out there as long as her work schedule allows it. I hope there is a lot of good rideing to be done.
Great pictures and one of the legendary gatherings of Buell owners. . . . not only is Gainer's Git-Together a great place to be. . . it's a GREAT place to git to!
I took off on the 40th Anniversary of Woodstock, when the satellite radio folks were replaying the event start to finish . . .put the ear plugs in and started riding . . . stopped every few hours for fuel . . had a spectacular time and ended up back in NYC several days later.
Great folks . . great times. . . . total Elf-Fest.
this should be a good year.... I hope everyone stays rubber side down for the most part... Maybe some unicycle riding but no ditch diving. Visiting attendees at the hospital was/is no fun.
30 Days....... I can't wait, I heard about a lot of nice roads that i never got to see (though I can tell you what the waiting area of the Parkersburg Hospital looks like). I hope this year go uneventful in injuries area. Can't wait.
