it is worse then taking the engine out of the frame. you have to pull the heads and split the cases. |

If all the parts are still good, a few hundred in gaskets and scuffing the cylinders and new piston rings. Otherwise lots more depending on what is damaged. I'm in about $1300 and now need to get valves, guides, seals, and probably valve seats to get back on the road. |
