I have dyno plots for a 9 with a stock ECM and airbox, then a race ECM and race filter and open airbox. I think I gained a peak of about 3 HP, not much.

I think the 9 ecm gives you a few more RPM's before redline, so you give up a little engine longevity, but pick up a little top end.
