The FACTORY "GASKETS" are better now !!! "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPS", my eyes did not ingage my BRAIN ???? IMHO, my engine seems to feel that H-D SYN3 20W50 is the best at 110,400.9 as of the last ride ... No Bearing issues as of yet ... (Message edited by buellistic on October 23, 2010) |

"What do you mean by this? "Factory Gaskets"? Yamalube is engine oil...." Yeah engines have gaskets!! And now they are better than the old ones....So now you can use that oil now. |

I am still of the opinion that you should use oil. I have yet to here of an engine failing because of the use of oil. I have seen examples of failures due to not using oil |

As long as it is the correct weight Yamalube will do fine, as almost any correct oil would. I prefer synthetic. |

Yamalube is (last I heard) a 20w50 semi synthetic. So it would be a decent choice. That being said, for the money, you could probably get a full synthetic 20w50. |
