I have what I believe to be an early tuber Vance & Hines muffler. I do not have the elbow, but I measured the inlet on the muffler and it's it's just barely over 2", which is what leads me to believe that it's for an early bike. I will post pics when I return home from base tomorrow or next week. $65 shipped w/out rear bracket. $75 shipped with rear bracket. |

Yo wilson, I dont think its a s2 muffler because it has the tabs for the springs |

yea i know. Was just clarifying for any possible sales. And i know how you ended up buying it... It was for a tuber and it was for sale so theres a 75% chance that your going to get it. |

brinnutz i think i want it, i found a good used s1 header on ebay, and i currently have a v&h with the elbow but the can is shot to hell. anything wrong with this one? it looks new |

nothing wrong that i know of. I never used it. I don't know why I even bought it LOL. Of course I didn't know it was a 2" inlet when I bought it. It is used. Only thing is that it is missing the Badge on the side. Never came with it. PM me |

I have to claim responsibility for the suggestion of S2. Never got back to you earlier. I just received my V&H and it has a short straight pipe out the front end. I have no idea what header has a spring clip set-up. |

The early V&H had the elbow attached via the springs. Later gen versions were weld attached. |
