00' T-Bolt, real low miles with title to match, all service docs since new. Bike has brand new tires, front and rear brakes, master cylinder, fluid, battery, and lots of other new things. 0 problems. Well worth the cash, ride it home today. First cash offer takes it. No bullshit. Can help or arrange shipping. Send email with your info to zx14copkilla@yahoo.com and i can send more info or pictures.

Personally, I would of started at $3500 and depending on the interest, adjust accordingly. Between it being winter and the whole economy/bike market being in the crapper, it is hard to gauge the actual value. If you haven't yet, throw it up on Craigslist.

The buell market is in the crapper, has been in the crapper since like 2003

It's fairly easy to get a good idea of values using Kelly's and NADA books. Where the seller and buyer want to go from there maybe completely different.

HAHA! KBB says my bike is only worth 2400, I'll take this bike to the grave before I sell it that low, maybe with 40,000 miles on it I may go 2500. Everbody knows somebody who's got an m2,x1, xb, how many t-bolts you see floating around? I've only seen 1 in person besides my own.

This looks like the same bike that was for sale here a while ago... and you sound like the same guy, but with a new name. I was interested and tried talking to you then... lost cause.

I'm a new member on this site, I've never posted on the for sale section, I have also decided to sit on it, and ask 4300$ in spring/summer here locally. Of course I'd still consider an offer.

There's just no market, no matter, tubers are great bikes. Tried selling mine for $2750, no bids on ebay and one ridiculously low offer of $1000 from here. At those numbers, I'll just keep it and ride it into the ground. It's way too nice a ride to let it end up chopped.

Well, that's the problem, right? I have an '03 XB9R and KBB and NADA say it's worth about $3900. I've gotten to the point where selling motorcycles makes no sense. It's worth more to me to keep it and ride it despite having other bikes in the garage. I don't know your motivation to sell, and I'm sympathetic. I'd love to have an S3, and I'd love to have the $3-4K to get one, but I don't. Besides, for that kind of money, I'll get one that I know of around here that's really tricked out and well maintained. Not that there's anything wrong with yours. It looks clean in the pics. Good luck.

Thanks, Im probably going to trade it for a pre 70's roller or part it out, theres a bigger market out there for parts than there is Buell Motorcycles. Ridiculous. I thought I could be a fan of these bikes, but when everything is sub standard to Kawasaki, Suzuki, etc it's not worth getting tangled up. A bad web of mess literally if you will. Good people though i'll give it that.

I'd love to take it off your hands but being laid-off sucks. I'm dying to add an S3T to my stable.

Interested in a trade?

I have an 07 Vespa GT200 with 900 miles on it. It does 70mph with me on it, no problem. You probably would have an easier time selling it for the money your looking for then the Buell.

When the market is down, as it is right now, it's time to buy, not to sell. This wisdom applies to real estate, stocks, and motorcycles as well.

I'd say your S3 is worth about $2,750 right now, once you find a buyer who wants one and has the funds to buy it. It will take years until anything but a super clean, low mileage, bone stock, never in the rain S3 will bring close to $4,500.

Things are better for S1 and S1W, as those are the "hot" bikes.

I would never sell this bike for 2750, i'll park it next to my tombstone before I do that. Buell has always been in lesser demand it seems like. I will sell it in parts or whole I know, either way I dont care, I want it out of my garage soon. Reasonable offers accepted!

Buell market has not been in the crapper, The prices are fair, more people should have bought them. Buell sales did not fund a management full of greedy retards and bad decisions. Harley market is in the crapper, not Buell. You kknow what I mean?

The only thing I can say in response to that is your wrong. IF it wasent in the crapper why is my like new bike only worth 2750? I dont believe you know what your talking about. Harley, Buell, Chevy, Chrysler, all in the shitter!

Because it's ten years old. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice bike and I'd love to buy it. But most people don't have $4500 to offer, or even something approaching that.

If you're the buyer, you're going to try to get as much bike as you can for your money. So if you want a Buell, but not necessarily a vintage Buell, you hit the dealer where you can get a 2009 for between $6-7K and they'll finance it and give you a warranty.

I think the message here is that it's just not worth what you think it is to a buyer. It's worth more than that to you, just as mine is worth more than NADA to me.

Not trying to flame you... just pointing out why you aren't getting the bites you hoped.

If it wasn't yellow, I'd give it some consideration. My 98 S3T is pushing 60k miles. But it's still running strong and I can't see replacing it yet.
