Eric, When Shooter went down that was Deb's sister and I. I was right behind him. Scared the crap out of me! Just glad he was OK. I learned from that "Don't trust old ladies driving motorhomes!" Bobby - I think Buellnuts is most fitting - "anything nuts" really will do. YOU and Deb are the bestest - have I told you that I love you lately? Mike and Cody went out to the track again today, I think Mike took some pictures (I will post when they come back). Cody said he did much better today, so he was in pretty good spirits. He said, "I trusted my bike and leaned it over and looked thru my turns" spoken like a champ! Wow- this site is really getting chatty, glad to see everyone starting to come out of hibernation. By the way Blastoholic the gas tank wouldn't leak if the rider kept the gas cap on! Although I guess everyone needs to stop for a little fill up every now and then! Kimberlie-OH ! thats the trick- D'uh ....I'll have to remember that. Maybe I'll pick up a spare locking gas cap for just those occasions. Gotta hate those wet spots ;-) And you're right it DOES depend on how hard and long you ride.....Whats that old saying about horse's ? "Rode hard and put away wet" Ahhhh... becoming one with my bike, sometimes you have to peel my backside from the seat! Thats why you should never wear shorts when you ride-no matter how hot is is out. And not only is it dangerous in case of a spill, but did ya ever peel yer stickin skin off of vinyl?....Rrrrrrip ! *Ouchie* (Do as I say -not as I do...) heh-heh | ||

Blastoholic - No I have never had to peel any skin off vinyl or anything else for that matter (fingers crossed) hope I never will. Becoming one with my bike is the joy of the easy vibration, sweeping turns and good friends all which I look forward to! Kimberlie ps.... one time I did however where these really cute black stretchy pants with white polka dots that left lovely white polka dots on the back seat of Mike's brand new Kawasaki ZX11. So it would stand to reason that you are glad woman have drivers licenses or is that just an excuse for you to pull your skirt up higher than theirs? OUCH- indeed...that hurt ...*sniff-sniff* BTW- how'd you know i wore a skirt...was it my skin sticking to the seat post ? Noooooooooooooo..... I actually love riding with women riders as they don't seem as dangerous or apt to show off and do something stupid. Hey, I'm all for speed if you can handle it..but too many guys (myself included in the past)wreck their bikes by showing off their wheelie, stoppie or corning skills...And well- I'm middle aged now and cannot afford such insanity. Gen X'ers say- "No Fear"....oh such a stupid motto. Don't they want to see what the next corners of life can have in store for them ? I DO ! So I Love riding with lady riders...they know there limits and are usually very good bikers. With just enough restraint to let them ride another day. Sooooo, I was just teasin ;-) Tryin to get a rise out of you... It worked -eh ? :-) | ||

Hey Harv- I thought maybe you had just drank to much beer and passed out as well as the rest of you Manly Type Canadians. You mean all that talk from Blastoholic about gas caps and leaking gas wasn't your idea of guy talk? I can't wait to hit the twisties, Mike has been working in my new tires for me so I will be ready to ride. They should be worn from rim to rim by the time he gets done with it  .
