Facebook: when I'm reading at night and fall asleep with my nose buried in the book. Has happened. What's all this other Facebook stuff everybody's talkin' 'bout? |

DILLIGAF. We are losing our eloquence, our ability to MAKE language, to communicate with one another person to person. Makes me want to defenestrate, then cut somebody some slack. |

Hmmm, I was on a really old house-boat a few yeas ago and I noticed the windows were stamped as having been approved by some sort of fenestration society. Funny huh? Some people are eloquent, while others are just long winded... ...I'm just sayin'... |

Once you have thrown someone out a window, I would imagine the time for cutting slack would have long passed.... Not claiming to be an erudite, by any stretch of the imagination, but I even had to look that one up. |

Some people just need to be pedantic, Pammy. |

Well, there it is then. Mr. Whatever, sir, To defenestrate is specifically, to throw someone or something out a window as the most common usage, the word itself is a flashy way of saying you've un-installed a window. I won't buy a dictionary if it doesn't have "defenestrate" in it. That's why I'm confident that I will be able to go look up those big words Pammy and Jaimec just dropped |

Lemonchili and I are both on facebook, and I was stoked that Badweb has made it there. It's not a bad place, it's what you make of it. The way I see it, Myspace is a place to meet people you don't know, and Facebook is a place to catch up with the people you already do know. It's a good way of knowing what people are doing quickly, when you don't have time to write an email or make a call. I use it to get feedback on my college work(pics), and see family photos from afar, and Lemonchili can network with his music and friends too. I must admit, I was very skeptical of the Facebook when it first erupted, and it took me ages to sign up, but I like it. I have a very big soft spot for Myspace though...that's how I met Chili |

FYI: Rider's latest Facebook update indicates they are now on their way to East Troy to meet with Erik Buell and get a tour of the original barn, and the current facility. Wonder when the article will appear in print? |

From Rider's Facebook page. Both of these gentlemen should be quite familiar to Badwebbers... |

I couldn't find it on their page. I don't know the guy on the left but I am new to Buells relatively speaking. |

That's Reg Kittrelle. He's a Badwebber, and used to publish my FAVORITE motorcycle magazine, Battle2Win. He is also the creator of "Battle Trax," one of the most fun experiences I've ever had on two wheels (though insurance costs have just about killed that event). Good friend of Court's, too. |
