I have a 2006 Barricade Orange XB12X with the original seat. My wife actually likes riding with me on it except the orange part of the seat cover is really slippery. Has anyone come up with a cover that is less slippery? |

Get her a pair of riding pants that has material that will grip. There is a lot of room for a passenger to move around back there and I have found that when my passengers have jeans on they will slide around for sure. |

Buy a small roll of rubber shelf honey comb liner at Walmart or a kitchen store. Cut a small piece and have her sit on that. It works great. |

This has worked for us on several different bikes. The SO is always complaining about slipping on the seat when wearing her riding gear. It's cheap, too!!! |

I mentioned using the CHEAP shelf liner stuff and I don't know if it was understood so here are a few pics. The stuff on eBay looks like the same deal to me. The pictures below show the piece that I use on my Beemer. Note that you can cut a much larger piece to suit but you don't need much. This works!!

Yes thats what tribo seat uses, just they make the stitched edge and some elastic material to make it fit in to place. |
