Step 1 Tape up the belt guard with some masking tape. Step 2 Measure 2.125" from the corner out and draw a nice straight line Step 3 Place a dot where the crease meets the flat part of the guard - about 0.60" down from the center of the last screw. Step 4 Find an old Miracle-Gro box. Step 5 Use the cardboard to make a template of the radius of that big round thing on your back wheel. Step 6 Cut a portion of the radius from the template and transfer it onto the belt guard. Step 7 Your cut lines are now done. Step 8 Cut if off with your Dremel and other cut-off wheel. Step 9 Stand back and enjoy your new Johnboy's Rear Fender Mod. Damn, it show do look goot! THE END . (Message edited by johnboy777 on November 28, 2008) |
