'06 XB9SX. My company transferred me last week to a location just over a 1 hour commute from where I live (40 minutes of which is highway travel). Previous commute was 10 minutes (all side road with a nice little twistie). Something I have noticed is I get quite a bit of vibration through the left foot peg. So much so that when I finally get off the highway my left foot is somewhat numb. I get very minimal vibration through the right peg and bars. I've had the bike since June '06 and have not done very much extended highway riding so I do not recall if I have noticed this in the past or not. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal? Ride safe. |

I've noticed it too. The vibration of the right peg seems to make my it harder to keep my foot planted on it. The vibes make it feel like my boot is sliding around. |
