From what I remember (and this is NOT scientifically accepted practice): "Turtle" is the generic term for ANY shelled reptile. However: "Turtle" is used primarily for marine turtles, "Tortoise" is used primarily for exclusively terrestial turtles, and "Terrapin" is the correct term for an aquatic reptile that frequently leaves its aquatic environment to bask in the sun, or cross over land. There are exceptions, of course. There is a fresh water South American turtle that has flippers and never leaves the water except to lay eggs. And the common Diamondback Terrapin actually lives in brackish (slightly salt) water, not fresh water. Box turtles and wood turtles are more closely related to the aquatic terrapins than they are to the purely terrestial tortoises. Tortoises are strictly herbivorous, whereas box turtles and wood turtles are omnivores. Yes, when I was growing up, I wanted to be a herpetologist... |

Well, now that we have that all worked out, I have a question about the big race. Was the other guy really a hare, or just a rabbit putting on airs? |

Damnut, There is a really passionate group of Buell riders in Brasil (or Brazil depending on how you spell it...). My advice is to look them up, If you have no idea how to, PM me for further details... 1313 |

Yes I know about the group here and met them at Homecoming. I have been in contact with Junior since then and may be meeting him tomorrow. Might even get to go riding. |

It's just we're putting new coversheets on all the TPS reports before they go out now. So if you could go ahead and try to remember to do that from now on, that'd be great. All right! |

"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life." I never got that movie until I worked in an office |
