I have a Mile Marker PE8000 winch and I'm having trouble with it. The clutch selector "IN" and "OUT" is messed up. Its stuck in the "IN" position no matter what I put the selector at. So I can't free spool the sumbich out so that I could clean the cable. Took almost 20 minutes of holding the remote and pulling tension on the cable to get all 75ft out. Do I wanna spray PB or WD40 in the holes and hope it loosens up to unlatch or will that screw up my "clutch"? |

Oh, I thought you meant a different kind of winch. |

Use the WD since it evaporates It wont cover everything with the oily film. |
