Welcome to the gang, Cdale! Sorry you couldn't get a faster black one (ha...). I remember my first 50...I couldn't take my eyes off the thing, even when it's parked in front of my house. You're going to find that this forum is your main source of info about your Buell. I go here first with my questions. See you on the road! |

Welcome from Motown! I don't see many Buells about ..much less a Uly. I've had my new-to-me since mid March ....and 1600 miles. It is THAT much fun. |

Seems like we're having another surge in Uly sales, or at least a surge of people reporting it on the internet. Congratulations! |

Neverenuf- Yea, I was at MBV. Sorry I didn't get to meet you. If we're gonna have a decent Badweb contingent at Myrtle Beach I may have to go. |

Good one! Ya gotta love a Uly! I can't believe you only rode fifty miles from your dealer on a round about way. My dealer is fifty miles the short way and sometimes it takes me four or five hours to get there(200+ miles). |

Thanks! I actually walked out to the garage twice last night to take another look at it. I couldn't wait to get home from work today and take it out. Funny thing is I was driving into work on the turnpike this morning and someone passed me on a black Uly with a nice set of hard bags. Made me jealous. Hopefully I can get through the break in by next week.... I'm south of Pittsburgh. Grew up in Charleroi and now live a few miles from New Stanton. I actually took a ride through Ligonier today. Rode up 711 to 30 then took 2?? north to 22 and back. There are a lot of great roads up that way!!! Hopefully the weather will hold out for this weekend... |

Congratulations! There's nothing like a new bike to make life look a little brighter. The good news is that the Uly gets better and better, the more miles you put on. Even after two years, I still go out to the garage and stare at mine. |
