Well now that you have it, congratulations! Have fun with it, and have another cup of kool-aid. (Don't worry - we all drink it... ) |

Congrats on yer first MOTOR bike. Mine was a KZ1000, wow, was it, twenty years ago??! Anyway, I visited another HD shop today. Checked out two '07 Black XB12X's. Probably will get the '08 unless they let an '07 go for less than $9500. My KLX300R is up for sale and as soon as it goes, I shop for a loan! |

Nice shore! Where is that? I was very close to buying a 5-spot last year... Congrats on the Uly - you'll have a blast. Problem is finding enough time to ride it |

Bigkuri - thanks!! That was a combo of "Vietnam" (local trail system in Milford, MA), Diablo Freeride Park (Vernon, NJ), and a private shuttle trail behind a buddy's house. Not bad for the NE but one of these days I hope to hit up Whistler! I started with an XCE until someone told me it wasn't such a great idea to be dropping 5+ feet to flat on that bike. I wondered why I kept snapping spokes on the Crossmax wheelset... That's an '02 RFX with an Avy shock. Original build had a Super T up front til I got the Big Hit, so now I've got the Z1 on it for all around trail use. Nothing but quality to say for the Turner line! Thanks, I'm going to have to hone my time management skills. Too bad this whole "work" thing takes up so much of my schedule. Sheesh. |

Glad it wasnt an April Fools joke, get to racking up some miles. Nice choice , I dont think you will be single tracking the ULY though, it is a lil too portly for that. Have fun on your new Dirt toy. *You just cant beat the KX/KL for bringing people to Buell |

The Uly will be seeing all the windy backroads that New England has to offer. The KLX is the one to go out, get dirty, and do silly things on singletrack. It's all good. |

I suspect you will REALLY enjoy this bike . . . I went through the same thing in 1989. . . . saw a Buell, went head over heels and have been riding them ever since. I've got a lot of different bikes but the Buell is the one that I truly connect with. Congratulations. Court |
