That is sick! Looks great even through the plastics... Any interest in selling the X if you take it off? Looking for some tank bag protection.. (Message edited by jgeo on March 30, 2008) |

I'll let you know once I take it off, and see what kind of shape it is in. |

Does the open air box help the performance? |

This was a winter mod, and where I'm at there is still snow on the ground so I haven't had it out for a test drive yet. But there should be a bit of a difference, since I got the Race ECM and a Drummer muffler as well. Can't wait. |

good thing you didn't do a pair of hooters, you'd hit everything in front of you. that looks really nice. |

it goes with the theme of the rest of the bike. can't wait to get it out, and take her for a spin. |

I changed my ECM to a race ECM, I have to drive my bike over to the dealership to get the TPS reset. What can I expect, when I start her up and take her on this adventure? Will I harm the bike by doing this? |

You can expect the bike to run like shit on the way to the dealer, if it runs well enough to get there. Your best bet is to ride over, install the Race ECM in the parking lot, then have 'em do the reset. Sweet bike ya got there! |

To be honest buell should offer a clear cover! have any of you seen the R.C world and all those cool painjobs on the bodies. clear lexan and done from the bottom side. ive done a few myself. would make costomizing way more unique i'd think |

Comeauzee, you could do yourself a great service by downloading ecmspy, building a cable, then doing the TPS reset yourself! Cable will run you about $30 for parts/shipping. Then you can do all your tps resets for F-R-E-E! That airbrush job looks GREAT!! And I love the gas mask option! |
