I had to close the store today... My drivers aren't allowed out in Level 2 conditions, there was 2 ft of drifts in the lot, and it took an hour and a half to get the 18 miles to work. With no drivers and 95% of my customers being commercial (no drivers=no deliveries=no sales) I made the executive decision to go back to sleep.

I'm glad that storm went your guy's way this time! I was finally able to go get my son's bike from storage so that I can get the new tires put on it and the side panels replaced.

When I started that bugger up the exhaust made all kinds of racket then started blowing corn out the exhaust....I'm going to get that guy that I store the bikes at a cat or two. I bet that two cups worth came out.

My neighbor, who was planning on coming, has a data center conversion the weekend before (Easter?). He said that if it doesn't go well he may have to bug out too.

As a point of interest, a KLR-250 with Kenda knobbies can:

1) Proceed forever in snow up to 3 feet deep.
2) Climb a 40 foot long 25 foot high hill through snow 2 to 4 feet deep. At least it can on the second try, if you get a little running start.
3) Do a complete 360 degree turn while still moving forward at 15 mph after going from an unplowed road to a more slippery plowed road... without falling over... much to the entertainment of the three teenagers walking down the road with snow shovels.
4) Do donuts in the dead end until the operator becomes bored with it.
5) Blow through a snow drift up to the headlight (given enough inertia).
5) leave a *REALLY* big puddle in the garage.
6) Make a 40 year old man giggle.

Just in case you were wondering ;)

It was nasty here this morning.
Rain, snow, wind, cold....and then the sun came out.
Got tolerably warmish, so a bunch of us went out to get a little knee draggin action, and general hooliganism.
It was fun!
Got cold and windy really fast, but what time we did have sure was F-U-N !.
Pics soon...

He did put some on, and crashed accordingly!

Heck we all crashed at least twice!

I even looped another wheelie!! I was rocking by Sanchez and got all cocky looking at the camera making faces and flipped over as soon as I started paying attn. again.

What? I wasn't paying attention.

Just remember we still are shooting for distance. I have either first or second. All depends if you measure from where the bike stopped or where the right bag stopped after we moved the bike off it. I gain at least another 100' there. Heck I was more sore from climbing back from retrieving the bag than the get off itself.

Your distance record doesn't count if you weren't on the bike at the time! Each pin, plate, or screw needed to repair your bones afterward counts as a 10' bonus as well.

Just bought my camera! Factory Refurbished Canon SD1000 Digital Elph.

Now the last thing I need to buy is my T-Shirt!

Anyone else having difficulty getting ahold of Rita Rogers for our shirts? I've called 4 times over the past week, with no luck. I just left a voice-mail for her, hopefully I get a call back.

PRE-ORDERED SHIRTS DEADLINE IS IN 2 DAYS!
