I'm just dropping my experience with Pit Bull at the IMS show in Washington D.C. I left the show after being treated rudely by one of the Pit Bull employees when inquiring about buying a stand for my 998 Ducati. It pissed me off enough to contact Pit Bull by e-mail. as politely and accurately as possible just to inform them of their "customer service". To my surprise I was called by the owner of Pit Bull on the next day(Sunday1/13/2008), Not only did he listen to my concerns, he also went above the call of duty to make things right. As a result of the owners personal involvement I will always buy Pit Bull products.

I have ALWAYS had immediate response from Pit Bull. They care greatly about their product and actually are a fairly small company who are feeling the effects of the Chinese and other "knock-offs" of their product. As you have found, they DO care and they DO respond. |

I've had good experiences too. I bought my front stand from a motorcycle dealership and they sent me the wrong pin. The dealership was inept at getting the problem rectified, so I contacted PitBull to see if I could buy one direct from them. I too got a call from the owner and he immediately mailed me the correct part free of charge even though I didn't buy my stand from them direct. Good people over there. |

That's what CS is all about! I've got 3 PB stands and wouldn't buy any other. Made in the USA too !!!!! Another great American product is MagLite. I had some batteries leak inside one and couldn't get the end cap off. Duracell and Eveready say they will replace any product damaged by their batteries, but I couldn't determine the brand. I called Mag. They asked me to send it in. I got a new Lite in return...FREE! I've since bought at least a dozen for myself and for gifts. |

Who said anything about T-REX? You seem to take every chance to bash them. What's your beef with T-Rex or their customers? |

"Who said anything about T-REX? You seem to take every chance to bash them. What's your beef with T-Rex or their customers?" You are right, I should mind my own business. I just like to support small companies that make excellent made in the USA products. |

That's funny, that description fits T-Rex also. You did know they are made in the USA also didn't you? |
