Does anyone know if a 190/50 on the rear would hurt anything if I still ran the stock front tire? Thanks. |

It might affect the handling, maybe not enough for you to notice. It depends on what kind of rider you are. If all you are after is a wider tire, then I'd suggest not going that way. It's a sport bike, not a cruiser. |

Yes, all I'm after is a wider tire, but that's just what I like. So would the size difference be noticable? |

You're looking at a very similar height. The tread width is only an additional 10mm (1cm) and I don't think it would make much of an aesthetic difference on the bike. From what I've seen it help slow the 'tip in' when starting to lean. |
