Some newer movies that are pretty good are, "Highwaymen", with Jim Caviezel and "The Worlds Fastest Indian", which most of you have probably seen. |

Ahhhhhhh! Kung Fu Hustle was brilliant! I got to see it at the theater. It was very cool. On the other end of the spectrum was Eragon! I have three buddies who go with me every Friday night to catch a movie. We have since created "The Eragon Scale". Thus far, it's the worst movie created. "Balls of Fury" was the closest to Eragon in suckyness. So if a movie rates as a plus 1, plus 2, it's only 1 or two steps above Eragon. |

From my "weird" period: Harold and Maude A boy and his dog Current favorite: Breach Note: Breach is a history/drama and very rare in a movie made in the past 3 decades, shows the FBI from the perspective of agents as real people who give a damn about their agency and the agent who is breaching their own security. Don't wanna give much away but you can google it up |

Here's one more "Knightriders" starring Ed Harris. I'm starting to think that I'm the only person in the world who actually liked it. |

Previously mentioned: - "PI": I'd describe the film, but its nigh impossible - "A Boy and His Dog" - Don Johnson probably wishes he could make this go away.... - "Memento": Probably my all time fave Not mentioned yet: - "Snatch" and "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels": both made by Guy Ritchie prior to his neuterment by Madonna - Any film by Troma.... "Toxic Avenger", "Class of Nuke 'Em High", etc... Speaking of Terry Gilliam, has anyone mentioned "Brazil" yet? Greatest ending in all of filmdom. Bummer.... |
