hey everybody......I'm having some trouble finding the thread I saw a while back about the high beam headlight fix so both lights stay on when the high beams are on. if someone could link it up or just tell me I really appreciate it. I've got the bike torn apart for some routine maintenance and would like to perform some of the small things while its apart. thx in advance G |

I could give you the badweb link, but it links here anyways. http://www.buelletinboard.com/forums/showthread.ph p?t=810 I've seen a more complete description somewhere, but this may get you started. |

http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/142 838/309459.html "To release the metal pins from the plastic connector, you first open the catch at the back. Next, you release the 4 plastic catches on the inside from the front. Push something small and pointy into each opening, keeping the sharp end pressed against the metal. This pushes the catch up and out of the way, and you can wiggle the pin out from the back. The wire colors on my 06 were different from those in the link. The proper pins to switch are 1 and 3. The black ground wire is pin 4." |
