Thanks to all who helped me get going again! Just went 20 miles on new stator and modified EBR drilled rotor. All good so far. Looking forward to the extended outlook to see if all will be good. New oil, new tires, correct voltage and happy biker!

@Mrred7 Congrats glad to hear she is running well.
Did you replace the rotor nut? Thought I read somewhere are not supposed to reuse it. If you did replace it? Where did you get it? I think they are available thru twin motorcycles. Does anyone have a part number or a source?

according to the parts catalog the nut is

CD0032.1AM

I got mine through my local HD dealer

@Zhen13 Yes I did replace the rotor nut. From Augusta HD. One more year you can get Buell parts from Harley and then they will no longer support Buells. (Did they ever? Haha) Jc1125r is correct. No you cannot reuse the old one.
