Just want to give Troy , the Service Manager and Brian, the tech, their props. I called Cowboy H-D/Buell of Austin to set up a day to bring my friends new Uly in for it's mandatory 1K. Troy had a slot that afternoon and asked if that would be convenient. I took it in and Brian did a very thorough and meticulous service. Man, that '09 runs great. And they know how to wash a bike correctly when it's done. I'm enjoying a dealer that is Buell friendly and very good at it. Thanks again to Dave Bigley, too.}

I guess they finally turned things around. I am not from Texas but heard several horror stories from bad service to sexism, but everything I had heard lately has been good. Hopefully more dealers will follow in their footsteps and see the light : )
