1 roll header wrap

1 can flat black header paint

grill 15-20 min per pound over med/high heat.

serve attached to XB of your choice.

Looks like a great wrapping job. I didn't know you have to cook them after the wrap.?. The meat will taste better now.

Just a guess, but there is snow on the ground so it's cold there. Maybe it was to dry the paint better when it's cold out. Most paint takes a bit to dry in the cold.

Or not.

the header wrap paint needs to cure @400 degrees for 30 minutes.

i used the advice of many others and threw the wrap in a 5 gal bucket of water and wrapped it while wet, no itch at all. being wet it also allows you to really pull it tight so when it dries it tightens onto the pipe like crazy.
