Then they win and realize they have to pay taxes Duh. I once worked with a guy that won a Suzuki 4x4 (mini-Jeep thing) back in the 1980's. List price on the thing was ~$9500 or so. About that time, there were a rash of roll-over accidents with these things and their value plummeted. He was able to sell it for only ~$6500 or so. He was "told" that he only had to pay taxes on what he sold the vehicle for. Being a really nice guy, he used part of the money to pay off the loan on his daily driver and gave the rest to his church. Come tax time the following year, he found out he owed tax on the entire ~$9500 and had to BORROW money to pay his income taxes. So yea, Spidey, I'd say you hit that nail on the head. | ||

Geesh whats next, you're going to have to pay to see a doctor.... Yup. The cool thing is I don't have to pay for my neighbors to go to the doctor, especially nice for someone like me that doesn't go to the doc for every little cough or sniffle. The really cool part is if I do need a major procedure done, I won't have to wait weeks or even months based on "priority". God Bless America  | ||
