Had a confrontation with a psycotic seller on e-bay. I won't bore you with the details (ask me if you want them). I won't do business with the guy. But if you want to get a steal on some shallow bag lids he listed a set on a 24 hour auction with a very low start bid. BE forwarned, the guy is very difficult to deal with. 6 hours left on the auction, I leave it to you to find them. | ||

Yes Josh- that is the guy. usdhdpts. I called him after buying an item to ask why the descriptions in the listing didn't match. He blew up on me big time so I told him no way I was sending him any money. he then sent me the following: "I hope that you are at peace with your gods U lying piece of shit.We have a chapter in your area,will see if you bot those other bags U said you were gonna buy cheaper and weasel outta ur commitment..BTW, I have thrice been privilidged to demonstrate my honor in a duel.Only possible in third world countries,unfortunately.maybe you'll wake up one dawn and face your fate,you lying fucking punk....ya never know" I certainly would not recomend him as a seller, even though there seem to be a lot of satisfied customers, if you read all the negatives they all have the warning, this guy is nucking futs. I am working with e-bay on resolving the issues with him so I don't really want to go into more detail right now. | ||

Local chapter of what? Some people are so deep into the life that they loose sight of the rest of civilization. This dude may just be deep into it, way deep. And, for the record, duels are possible stateside, just not legally, fortunately. I wonder if he used sword, sabre, foil, or firearm? Could have been cannons at 500 paces. Imagine a duel with two people using air cannons shooting pumpkins and watermelons. Anyway, I digress, I am serious though about maybe you should find out a chapter of what or who? | ||

He does talk like that. Has no clue what he has ("I'm a Harley guy" ) claims to buy out HD dealers. Can't assemble the inners and outers that he has. great feedback read too. | ||

glad i stopped here, i wanted the deep bags he has for sale and read some of the reviews but maybe i don't need them that bad. if anybody has a set of deep lids that will fit a 98S3 or a right side only i'd be interested in either. | ||

Just FYI, he seems to have all 97/98 bag parts. Feel free to buy, just factor the hassle/risk into your bid. Say if I was buying the item from Aaron or Court I'd give $100, but for this guy I'd figure a $50-75 risk factor. Hmmmmm... If he's '81' it shouldn't be that hard to check out. On the other hand it might be, but for him to toss that around on the web is kinda stupid. Especially making the semi literate threats he seems to have sent.. I think Jim hit his affiliation on the head. Since I'm sure you didn't give him your home addy, phone number, social, or any other pertinent info of that sort, I'll assume that everything is safe and sound. If he continues to be a butt head, report him to E-Bay as such. Also, you could report him to any OC branch of the state police, especially if he's threatening you, etc.. Roger- He probably realised his mistake of re-listing as a 24 hour instead of 7 day and is pulling the rug out from under you because of that. I think peolple like Buelliedan are abe to succesfully finish a transaction with him as long as they ask him no hard questions. I think he just goes off the edge when he gets questions that he thinks are somehow a threat to his business acumen. If I was you I would just report it to e-bay, post a negative, and move on.
