Check out the earplugstore.com .
They have a wide variety of ear plugs to choose from. I got a pair made by Alpine that work very well.

*I like to hear clear..
*I don't like plugs that muffle the noise.
*I hate wind noise

I have two sets I bought a couple months ago from the earplug store.. They attenuate noise over so many DB

These for good slight they have a very slight muffle of a foam type plug..

These are my favorites..

For all you parents out there these are great for Squeaky kids out there +1 on these plugs..

I literally to test these asked my wife to scream in my ear as loud as she could and it kept her voice at conversation level.. I also used them for Shooting a month ago

For me the Howard Leight MAX series was the winner hands down. They have a 33 decibel reduction.

That is what i have been using for the last few weeks. CVS stocks them so I don't need to worry about running out. I noticed my ear hole has gotten bigger since using them. Guess next stop for me is custom plugs with speakers for the Zumo : )

Norm, I can already tell you that you will end up with the HL Max,

I am fairly close to ordering another large case. Do you want to split it? I like to keep my plugs from getting too stale.

Yeah, sounds (!) like a good idea. I'll PM you this weekend.
