While waiting I bought a tank bag the only one they had only to find it was missing a couple of mounting buckles. Well they said they'd have the buckles in a week or so and I got it anyway. Went to check on my bike and see how much it was. They said "Sign this, it's under warranty no charge" You could have knocked me down with a feather. I didn't buy the bike from them and still they are looking out for me like that?!? They even WASHED the bike! OF course the 10,000 miles is coming up and that's $579.00! but I'll do it myself! The other strange thing? ALL the salesmen talked to me and for the first time I have been there. The Boss must have had words with them! Nice change not to be invisible
