Nice pictures, feel sorry for the people. Reminds me of when I grew up on the Gulf Coast and all those hurricanes down there and the ones I experienced in North Carolina.

Reminds me of Isabel. Here is what Ft Monroe looked like. When you see the seawall and the waves, that's the view from my back door. Much worse than a "stiff wind" thanks. My ceilings filled up with water and then collapsed. Picture water soaked drywall and insulation on or in everything you own. $3500 in damage and I got off light. My brand stinking new Duhammel Shoei got trashed along with my Buell gloves. Stinks, but could've been much worse. Idiot that I am, I had no renter's coverage. Idiot.

Luckily got the Buell off Post prior to the storm hitting.
